Terms and Conditions
  • Rates are subject to 10% Service charge and 12% VAT.
  • Delivery fee is chargeable to client.
  • A non-refundable and non-transferable reservation fee of Php 5,000.00 is required and can be paid in cash or cheque. This reservation fee is deductible from the total contract price.
  • A 30% deposit of the estimated contract package will be required upon signing of contract, 40% 2months prior the event, and 30% (full payment) shall be settled two (2) weeks prior to the event.
  • ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CONSUMABLE SHOULD THERE BE ANY CANCELLATION OF BOOKING.
  • Incidental charges incurred during the event must be settled immediately after the function in cash. No checks will be accepted on the day of the function. Send Bill arrangement will not be honored.
  • Additional headcount in excess of this contract shall be paid and settled with Quido’s representative after the party.
  • The client shall inform Quido’s Grill and Café Corp in writing for any increase, reduction and / or changes in the menu at least SEVEN (7) working days prior to the party date.
  • The maximum service time is Four (4) hours aside from 4 to 6 hours set-up time. An additional fee of P75 per waiter/crew per hour shall be charged to the client should the party exceed the service time.
  • Our company is not liable for any food provided by the client that may cause hazardous for human consumption
  • In case of unpredictable weather conditions (such as: typhoon, heavy rains, floods etc.), our company will not entertain sudden changes in our contract since we have already purchased all ingredients needed based on the packaged you have chosen. Otherwise you will be charged accordingly.
  • Customer has the option of keeping any extra food remaining after the catering service is over. The client is responsible for providing own food storage containers. Quido’s Catering is no longer responsible for leftovers after the catering service nor any consequences due to its later consumption.
  • All non-food support items brought in by the caterer such as table napkin, floral arrangements, plates, glass, utensils, denatured alcohol, etc remain the property of Quido’s Catering. Customer does not have the right of claiming such items.
  • Clients have the right to do inventory of the equipment brought in by Quido’s Catering. While in the premises of the cater venue, customer has the right to search the caterers equipment and waiters’ personal items.
  • Any entrance fees for villages, subdivisions and parking fee will be added to client’s account.
  • Additional P50.00/floor to each waiter/crew if the party is held in the building w/o service elevator or P50.00 flat/waiter if party is held on building with elevator.
  • Additional Out of Town Charges may vary depending on location.
  • Caterer’s fee mandated by other venues shall be chargeable to clients.

  • Delivery charge of P2000.00 or (3500 for tiffany chairs) within Metro Manila is also chargeable to client.
  • A non-refundable and non-transferable reservation fee of Php 5,000.00 is required and can be paid in cash. This reservation fee is deductible from the total contract price.


  • A 30% deposit of the estimated contract package will be required upon signing of the catering contract, and 30% two (2) months prior the event. Remaining balance (full payment) shall be settled two (2) weeks prior to the event.
  • SHOULD THERE BE ANY CANCELLATION OF BOOKING, ONLY 50% OF THE TOTAL PAYMENTS MADE (EXCLUDING RESERVATION FEE) CAN BE REFUNDED.
